What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm via secure keypad entry. Check-out is by 10am. Late checkout may be available on request.

Is there a minimum stay?

The Loft can be booked for a single night.
The Apartment has a minimum two-night stay.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm suitability.

Do you provide a cot or extra bedding?

A portacot and additional bedding can be provided on request. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

Is breakfast included?

Continental breakfast provisions are included for your first morning of your stay. Cooked breakfast may be available on weekends by arrangement.

Is EV charging available?

Yes — a shared EV charging point is available on the property.

How far is Mountain Lake Lodge from Mt Taranaki?

We’re approximately 10 minutes from the Stratford entrance and popular walking tracks on the mountain.

How close are you to Stratford township?

Stratford township is just a few minutes’ drive from the lodge, offering supermarkets, cafés, fuel and local attractions.
